	Our People Products Contact Main	Mike Hilliard CIC, ARM and Dennis Box CIC, AAI joined their individual agencies in 1985 in Tyler, Texas after serving the East Texas area for many years. The Craig Insurance Agency, Henderson, Texas, was merged into HBI in 1996. Mike Hilliard, a native of Tyler, is a graduate of Texas A&M University and gained experience as a marketing representative with the Crum & Forster (formally Floyd West & Co) in San Angelo, Texas and as manager of the St. Paul Insurance Company Abilene, Texas office prior to starting his business in 1977. He and his wife of 32 years, Debbie, have three children and three grandchildren. Dennis Box is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and served as a claims adjuster for the Central Mutual Insurance Group and as a sales representative for Employers Casualty prior to purchasing the Dotson Brown Agency (founded in 1957), in Tyler in 1979.
